C’mon Dolls/ Ugly Dolls!!!!!!!!!?
Hi… For My Art Homework, Ive Got To Think Of Inspiration For My Doll that i Will be Making In Class! Eg ( C’Mon Dolls Are Apparently Based Around Graffiti?) I Was thinking Of Love, Seeing As Its Valentines Around The Corner. But Then I Wanted My Doll to Look Kinda Ugly ( Like Uglydolls! )

you’ve kind of just answered your own question there!
inspiration – the time of the year and uglydolls, just explain how you are going to incorporate them into your art work and there you go! 
EDIT: i got a A at GCSE art & design and when i talked about my ispiration for my final pieces there’d be lots of pictures to go with them.. like in your case, you could print off pictures of different uglydolls and heart patterns and draw your doll based about the dolls and patterns then after you’ve drawn different pictures of differnet dolls and patterns then you can decide which one you are going to base your actual doll on if that makes sense?
that way you have more to write about so explain what you’ve done in each picture and why.. use as many different media as you can (pencil, paint, charcoal, etc)… more marks that way
