Toddler Sewing Patterns
I would like to make toddler tees!?
I just got a great length of WHITE stretch knit fabric. I was quite excited about making (sewing) tees for my toddler son. Now the only problem is that I don’t have any patterns, sizes or anything… Anyone got ideas, sites or anything? Plus, I’d love to have either a round neck collar or just a regular collar too.
P.S. Has anyone done this before? thanks a load 
If you don’t want to spend any money on buying a pattern, I would trace your toddler’s clothes or borrow another toddler’s clothes that you want to copy and trace it onto paper. Make sure you look at how the garment is sewn and how many pieces. With stretch knit fabric, it’s easier to sew it with a serger but if you don’t have one, you can try some of the stretch stitches on your regular sewing machine, they should be in your manual. If you don’t have that stitch, I would recomment doing a simple hand stitch on the seams before running it through the sewing machine, otherwise your stitched seams will stretch and you won’t get the desired size of your garment.
