Does anyone remember a purple barbie-like doll?

She had purple skin, I think blue hair and had fully possable arms. I can’t remember if she had fully possable legs or not, but I think she had black sparkley(cloth)boots and gloves with blue and purple bands. She had wavy hair too. Does anyone have any idea what I’m talking about? I don’t even know if she was a barbie(she was taller than barbies)or what company made her or what she was called.
