What would be wrong with this baby in this situation?

This is not real! The baby is 3 months old in the first part of the situation. She has no energy, does not smile like other normal babies. The mom takes her into the doctor and he says to wait a few months and bring her back. The mom brings her back and the doctor finds that she has no muscle control anywhere in her body. He takes a few brightly colored toys and moves them back and forth across her face. she does not respond, only sits and watches. By 18 months, she has breathing problems and violent seizures.

I really wish Jen Brewers Girl was here b/c she would be able to help u more with this since she’s a Nurse. From the way it sounds it’s a Muscle disease but again i can’t say I’m positive about that.
