Precious Moments Porcelain Dolls

So I am thinking about selling my Precious Moments collection…?

I have a rather large collection of the porcelain Precious Moments figurines (like 3 or 4 Rubbermaid tubs full) that have been packed up in their boxes for years. I adore these dolls, but really don’t have a desire to display them in my home, nor do I have the room for a curio cabinet that would be required for them. I have been contemplating selling them. What are your thoughts?
Where is the best place to sell them?
Should I sell them individually, in groups or try as a whole set? (I have probably well over 100 figurines – and if you know Precious Moments, you know they sell for an average of $50 brand new, some of my figurines are back from the 70’s).
Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

I guess if it were up to me, I’d put them on Ebay. You will probably get your best bang for the buck there. If you have some that are a group, such as a Nativity set, sell them together. Other than that, I’d list them individually. Be sure to note on your listing which ones are retired, as these will generally bring in a lot more. To avoid getting pounded, don’t list them all at once. Do a few every week or two to give you time to ship, etc. Hope this helps.
