Fisher Price, My loving home. Where can i buy the people/room sets?
Hi, I bought my daughter a fisher price loving home(big doll house) Her nana has one at her house and she loves it. I saw it in a second hand shop for £5! Bargin or so i thought. I can’t find the people or furniture to go in it anywhere. Ive seen alot for sale in the USA but im in the UK so postage is expensive. I think im going to end up paying more for the contents than the house!
Where can i buy some, other than Ebay… Thanks
You might get some furniture sets from toysrus. Ebay is your best bet if you go to ebay.co.uk and look up fisher price loving family they have quite a few bits of furniture listed in the UK. I sold one of these on ebay last year complete with furniture and family. A lady emailed me saying she already had the house (from a charity shop) and if she was to win the auction would I send the furniture and the figures without the house at a reduced postage cost. Its just and idea. I don’t think Fisher Price make this house anymore that is why the furniture is so hard to get hold of.
Sometimes our bargains cost us more in the end. I got a dora the explorer talking house from the charity shop but ended up paying over £200 for all the furniture and add on packs on ebay as it has since been discontinued in the shops. A lot came from the USA and it was the postage that I got stung on! Car boot sales will be starting up again soon when the weather improves you might be lucky and find some furniture for the house there.
