Each BJD maker has slightly different sizing for their dolls. DOD’s dolls are usually taller and slimmer than other dolls of their size. I had a really hard time finding clothes to fit my Shall because of that…but that’s a whole different topic. T_T

DOT boys are about 4cm taller than your Yder will be, about 1cm taller from the shoulders to the waist, and about 1.5cm in the legs. If you’re buying shorts, you shouldn’t have an issue, but pants may be a little shorter than you imagined they would be.

And you’re in no way stuck with Luts clothing. There are lots of very talented seamstresses out there who will make outfits to your doll’s measurements. A little trick I’ve picked up along the way is to keep a printout of my doll’s measurements next to my computer so that when I find a company who makes clothes, I can compare my doll’s measurements to the dolls they make to see how the fit will be.
