i am searching for a movie that i watched in my childhood but i cant remember the name, help!?

i used to watch this movie at christmas time but i cant remember what its called and i’ve been searching for it for a while now. heres what i can remember from it, it was an animated movie about a little poor girl, and i remember she was walking down the street and looking into a store window at all these toys. In the store there was a train set and all the normal kid toys and then there was a porcelain doll and she really wanted the doll. then at night when nobody was around all the toys would come to life. thats basically all i can remember obviously it had a happy ending but i cant remember anything else so i was hoping somebody could help me figure out what movie it is!
