Porcelain doll halloween costume help?
I am 18, about 5′4 and I have amber eyes and medium length black hair.
I am not worried about the makeup details or anything, it is mainly a dress that causes the issue.
Where can I find a cheap, frilly, not too hideous, dress?

Dillards isn’t cheap, aha. Also, bleaching a dress is too much effort, and plus, it could ruin some of the material. xP
