Collecting Baby Dolls, Need help!?
Do you collect dolls? If so, how do you display them? What kind of dolls do you collect?
I have a reborn baby but I feel awkward owning her because everyone always says that they are so creepy and that the people that own them need help and have issues, and I dont want to be viewed that way. I dont take her around with me or anything bizarre like that, I just have her laying in a bassinet.
I am extremely fascintated by realistic looking baby dolls. I dont play with them or anything, I just think that they are very fascinating and a nice collectible item.
What do you think? Do you have any suggestions for specific types of dolls that I should look into collecting?

Yes!! I love collecting dolls. I have my reborns in a crib type thing. I also used a huge wicker basket with a quilt inside of it to put my soft-sculptured cabbage Patch Kids.
I seriously don’t care what people say. People will talk, and don’t let that stop you from something you love. I’ve always struggled with the thought of someone making fun of me for collecting them, or at least thinking I was crazy. But we all are unique and like different things.
I absolutely love Cabbage Patch Kids, but that’s just me. Reborn babies by Berenguer are adorable. I also reccommend requesting the catalog from Paradise Galleries. I got two reborn looking dolls from there for a great price!
